It is a fundamental component, as technology is simply a tool (enabler) to deliver a solution to a problem that cannot be fully understood and dealt with without adequate communication

Can you summarize the most exciting part of your presentation and what the participants can except from it?

Understand the main type of backoffice processes being optimized (sales, marketing, CRM, HR, accounting, …) and which are the main challenges being addressed.

What are some of the main changes you expect to see in the Back Office Operations in the near future?
